This page explains how the agents on Calgary’s Top 5 Real Estate Agents are ranked, and shows the review data behind the list.
How the ranking works
Agents are ranked by their combined number of client reviews across four platforms that Calgary home buyers and sellers use:
- Google (the agent’s or team’s Google Business Profile)
- RankMyAgent
- Rate-My-Agent
- Zillow
The agent with the most reviews in total is listed first. Each agent’s average star rating is shown beside the total for context, weighted by the number of reviews on each platform.
The numbers (as of October 31, 2026)
Each figure is the star rating and review count shown on the agent’s public profile on that platform on October 31, 2026. RankMyAgent, Rate-My-Agent and Zillow figures link to the profile. Google figures aren’t linked; you can find them by searching the agent’s name on Google Maps. A dash means we couldn’t find a profile with reviews for that agent on that platform.

Where the reviews come from
All reviews are written by clients on the platforms listed above, and they belong to those platforms. This site doesn’t collect or edit reviews. We checked every count and rating on the platform itself on the date shown. Each platform has its own rules for who can leave a review and how reviews are checked.
Keeping it current
Review counts and ratings change as agents work with new clients. The numbers are refreshed periodically, and the date above changes each time. If a figure has changed since then, the agent’s profile on that platform is the most current source.
Before you hire anyone
Reviews are a starting point, not the whole story. Ask any agent for their brokerage and licence details, interview more than one, and read our guide on how to tell a top real estate agent from an average one.
